Endeavour Energy Directional Drilling Panel

PND Civil have been selected to be on the panel of preferred suppliers to perform directional drilling and trenching services in all Endeavour Energy regions. Commencing on 1 March 2016, the panel runs over a period of 3 years, with two 12-month extension options.

 

Valued at an estimated $40-60M, the contract will involve the civil works associated with the upgrade or maintenance of Endeavour Energy's transmission and distribution systems including:

 

  • Excavation of trenches, joint bays, bore holes, and open points

  • Boring by means of auger boring, horizontal directional drilling, or micro-tunnelling

  • Installation of sleeves and grouting

  • Supply of conduits, bends, pepes, ropes, end caps, mechanical protection, and marker tape

  • Installation, bedding, encasement, and backfilling of cable conduits

  • Installation of associated equipment as required

  • Other civil works as required to meet individual project requirements

  • Maintenance of the works for a period of up to 26 weeks

  • Supply of specific plant and equipment

  • Site establishment (site shed, stores and amenities)

  • WHS, Environmental, and Quality Assurance

Anthony Lumby Appointed PND's Finance Manager

Anthony Lumby is an experienced Finance Manager within the Construction Industry with a significant career with Abigroup Contractors and Lend Lease Engineering. Whether it be at corporate, regional, project or a major infrastructure joint venture, Anthony demonstrates his expertise in clear and timely reporting, showing strong support to the site-based operations and an excellent rapport with national / corporate teams.

 

He possesses the core strengths of being hands on, loyal and highly approachable with an excellent work ethic in order to succeed in people-oriented businesses. He is passionate about achieving good financial governance and reporting for least cost and driving a culture of cost awareness in businesses. 

 

During his time as the Finance Manager for Lend Lease Engineering, he provided the strategic financial leadership to see the business grow from $600M to $1B turnover. He successfully transitioned from Abigroup into Lend Lease during the integration process which was performed with minimal business disruption while ensuring day-to-day operations and responsibilities were maintained.

 

His role as PND Civil's Finance Manager includes overseeing all aspects of financial performance, such as strategic financial leadership, ongoing development and supervision of financial reporting systems, and integral involvement in strategic planning and production of the Business Plan.
